I’m an educator, mentor and mom. I’ve been where you are and I know this next step is a big one for your whole family. My goal is to smooth out the process of applying to college…we might even have some fun.

College brought me to the Bay Area from Southern California and I’ve never left. I got my first teaching job running an after school homework center at a Berkeley middle school. After turning that program around, I was hooked. I graduated with my BA in Linguistics and immediately started a credential program at the University of San Francisco because I knew I wanted to work with kids. After working as an elementary teacher for a couple years I had my twin girls and took time off to raise them. When I went back to work I found that what I really wanted was to work with students and their parents one on one. I was a private tutor in Marin for over ten years before finding that my real passion lies in college admissions. I have spent the last three years helping many students find their way through the college admissions process. I love every bit of it!

I’m the mother of twin girls who are sophomores in colleges in different states. As an empty nester I can tell you that there is life on the other side of college admission stress.

I’m here to help you get there.

I’d love to meet you and talk more. If you’re interested, fill out the form on my contact page for a free, thirty minute consultation.
